So "We the People" decided to take matters in our own hands.  Baby Daddy Jobs is a company staffed with strong, smart, hardworking and dedicated no nonsense former-military professionals determined to change the course of a generation.
God has blessed us throughout our lives, our average age is 50 and we have arrived to be part of the solution.

Blank It is no surprise that Barack Obama was elected president.
Equal educational opportunities were all he and the rest of our generation needed to compete on a level playing field.  The 1954 Supreme Court decision in the case of Brown vs Board of Education was the tipping point, in leveling the field for black Americans born in the late 50s and early 60s.

The ripple effect of that historic decision opened up many jobs In the military, which were previously closed to blacks and we rushed in.  Many members of Hampton Roads Old School were among the first to hold high enlisted ranks in their respective fields.  Old School member Ted Knight a former US Navy master training specialist and mentor to C Jerome and many others, is legendary and considered to be one of the greatest computer systems managers in naval history.  Now retired from active service, Ted holds the esteemed position of Executive Director Navy Global Network Operations Center at Naval Station Norfolk.  Hampton Roads Old School is filled with success stories and role models that our youth can learn from, be guided by and emulate.  For a number of reasons, not all men of our generation grasped the opportunities of the 70s and 80s.  Their children have now come of age and face a world without guidance.  We will provide that guidance.

Baby Daddy Jobs combines training, discipline, mentoring, experience and a common sense approach to job creation.  Companies need competent, trained people to perform tasks requiring manual labor.  Our staff teaches youth in a formal setting, equipment operation and safety, how to dress for manual labor, understanding the role of a supervisor and how to advance to the next level of employment, skilled labor. We provide labor to contractors and companies throughout Hampton Roads, Virginia.

America
is facing its greatest economic challenge in a century.  With unemployment up and fewer jobs being created, jobs previously not requiring a high school diploma, will soon be sought after and secured by individuals with college degrees.  The influx of unskilled immigrants further reduces the job pool.  Fast food and retail establishments such as McDonalds and Wal-Mart are shifting their focus to the elderly who are returning to the workforce in droves due to losses in their 401K and pension plans.

Although this program is designed to create business opportunities and jobs in the black community, Baby Daddy Jobs is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate because of race, color, creed, national origin or religious preference.  All are invited to apply.

In closing, "We the People",  need your support.  How can you help?  Spread the word that we are here and ready to help anyone needing a break.  Mentor and guide a young person today.
