- U.S. citizen between the ages of 14-24. No more than (2) felony convictions.
- Willing to work and learn.
- Follow mentor directions and organization rules.
- Be willing to take constructive criticism.
- Be ready and willing to help others.
- Attend local training and mentoring sessions when scheduled.
Old School House
The "Old School House" is a website like "My Space" but with a purpose. The purpose is to 
teach you the things you need to know to get paid legal and take care of your kids. Our instructors are real life role models, not sport stars or rappers but real successful people willing to help you work the game of life. This online schoolhouse combined with our local training sessions will provide you with the tools required to:
1. Complete a job application or resume without error.
2. Understand the benefits of a written " He or she is a good guy" letter from someone the hiring folks respect.
3. Talk to the man about the job the way he or she wants to hear it.
4. Dress the way you have to dress to get a job.
5. Safely operate and maintain common power equipment.
6. Make money, and keep it.
7. How to start a legal business.
8. Provide help and resources if you have problems with reading or math.
9. Provide help and resources with getting your GED, enrolling in college or trade school or joining the military.
10. Anything else we can do to HELP you become successful including safe sex practices. The choice is yours.
